Arno Schellenberg was a German baritone and Kammersänger who created Count Lamoral in the premiere of Strauss's Arabella in 1933 and the First Shepherd in the premiere of Daphne in 1938, both at the Dresden State Opera. He later taught singing, and remained in Dresden, where he died.
